The University has implemented a resetting service where registered users who prove their identity can request a password reset automatically without requiring to contact ITD 

Staff or Students Already Registered on Resetting Service Website

Staff or Students NOT Registered for Resetting Service

I have not registered with the resetting password site and would like to change my password
